One day faculty development program on Igniting Young Minds was conducted by Prof.Saikat Sen, ICF Certified Leadership Coach, at IIAS School of Management Siliguri. All teaching and non teaching staff participated in the workshop. The workshop was experiential in nature. Reflective sessions, cases was discussed. All faculty members actively participated each activity and enjoyed the business game at the end of the session.
